I was given the chance to make my schedule for university, it came out gloriously excessive.... Yes... I know I only take 22 hours, but I’ll be throwing in some summer assignments come, well... summer.
I showed it to my colleagues and they scoffed; it makes no sense they said, its very weird, they argued.. but they did not see my genius at work...
What I’m happy about is that my commute to college will be at 6AM and 12AM; those are low traffic hours, my commute back home will be at 1PM and 3PM, strategically avoiding the 1-3PM lunch time rush hour (it starts out at around 1:30 and stops at about 2:45).
Bliss...

Looks like calculus, chemistry, physics, and computer aided drafting, right? I went to engineering school many years ago, and that class load would have been 14 credit hours. Not the heaviest load, but PLENTY to keep you busy, especially in you have a job, too. Nothing to be ashamed of - keep up the hard work!

Graphical and computer aided design.
While I do have a job (I’m going to be an intern at a construction site) its basically having the site boss mail me the details of the costs and researching if its a fair price for whatever they’re charging us. Its not a heavy load of work.
Back to the hours though.. I’m not that ashamed of it, I mean, its little but in summer I’ll pay it back. We get a genuinely preposterous amount of vacation time in summer and I’d rather have a few shorter summers than a few more semesters at school.

The only issue I have is that I can only commute three or four times a week, las semester I could carpool everyday which saved me a lot of money in fuel and parking.
